Life along The Strand is the epitome of luxury beach living.  The Strand is the beachfront “street” that extends from one end of Manhattan Beach to the other and is home to some of the most spectacular homes anywhere in the South Bay.  Although there are still some original bungalows, the majority of the homes have been extensively remodeled or torn down and replaced with luxury estates.  Many of these homes feature 3 levels all with direct beach frontage. All of the homes offer stunning views from every level with nothing but the beach and ocean for miles.  Enjoy the refreshing beach breezes and sleep to the sounds of the waves crashing just outside your patio.  The Strand is located in the Manhattan Beach sand section and due to the incredible demand and very limited number of homes that even exist, values have soared since 2013.  The upside to those significant increases in value is that there are more homes currently on the market than ever before.  Although there are a few condo, townhome and duplex style properties, the Manhattan Beach Strand primarily consists of single family homes.
