Welcome to the Hollywood Riviera. This is a fantastic neighborhood and happens to be one of my personal favorites. In general, the “mini” mansions that have taken over much of the South Bay haven’t been as prominent here due to the Torrance hillside overlay that is in place to protect views. As the Hollywood Riviera sits on the lower slopes of the Palos Verdes Peninsula there are some incredible ocean views. While the mailing address is Redondo Beach, the Hollywood Riviera is actually part of the city of Torrance.
