East of PHC is the neighborhood in Hermosa Beach that we like to call the hill section or east Hermosa. As Hermosa is such a small
community this area farthest east is still walkable or bikeable to the beach. The homes and townhomes in this neighborhood often have nice ocean view due to the slope of the hill that generally extends from PCH up to Prospect.
