If you’re looking for a home with a spectacular setting, a great school system and an area somewhat removed from big city living of Los Angeles, the homes of west Rancho Palos Verdes might be a great option. You often get far more value for your money in this area as it’s a bit of a drive for commuters so there are fewer buyers looking in this area. That said if you don’t have a commute (or even if you do) this area offers some homes with spectacular ocean and Catalina views at far lower prices than neighboring Lunada Bay and Malaga Cove.
