The Montecito is one of the newer construction senior condo complexes in the South Bay.  The Montecito consists of 48 condominiums built for seniors aged 55+.  The Montecito complex is fairly new as it was built in 2008 so most units have the finishes and features most current buyers are looking for.  Some of these upgrades include granite counters, stainless steel appliances, recessed lights, interior laundry and central heat and AC.

Located just 1.5 miles from the beach, homeowners will also enjoy nearby conveniences of shopping and dining. The building offers 4 floorplans with one- and two-bedrooms ranging from 790 square feet up to 1,100 square feet.

The condos offer large balconies some with beautiful neighborhood views  and gated underground side-by-side parking

The complex doesn’t have much in the way of amenities but coes have a nice courtyard area with fireplaces and seating areas.  HOA fees are around $432 as of 4/1/25.

One occupant must be 55+, buyers of any age can purchase the condo.
