Old Torrance is one of our favorite neighborhoods in the South Bay. Many Beach Cities residents aren’t even aware of this charming neighborhood in Torrance. What makes this part of town so unique is that it’s like stepping back in time. The area offers many historic homes and residences. Wide streets and abundance of historic craftsman homes give this neighborhood a look and feel unlike anything else.
The area of old town Torrance has a fantastic downtown area with a great variety of restaurants and shops. Despite some new additions to the town, the downtown area has the same historic feel that the homes and neighborhoods provide.
Bordered by 190th St to the north, Sepulveda to the South, Western to the east and Crenshaw to the west, the area of Old Torrance offers some unique housing options with newer condo complexes near tree lined streets with original 1930s bungalows.
