One of our favorite areas is something that many South Bay residents may not even be aware of.  The historical area of Old Town Torrance can be like stepping back in time with beautiful craftsman homes on wide tree lined streets.   Add to that a really wonderful and resurgent downtown area and it’s a pretty ideal neighborhood.  Located in the heart of Torrance CA the neighborhood of Old Torrance offers a variety of housing options but many of the streets still look and feel much like they would have 80 years ago.
