There were 16 homes that sold in PVE during April. The average listing price was $3,482,313 and the average sold price was $3,417,965. Homes averaged 36 days on market before selling but the median was a brief 10 days.

RANCHO PALOS VERDES – 40 Homes Sold
What a month it was in RPV with a very impressive 40 home sales. The average list price was $1,647,892 with the average sold price at $1,697,306. Homes averaged 50 days on the market before selling but the median was a brief 12 days.

There were only 2 homes sold behind the gates of Rolling Hills so average prices don’t mean much. That said the average sold price for April was $5,475,000. The two homes that sold only were on the market a little over a week before selling.
