In July 2026, the Palos Verdes Estates real estate market remained strong but was slightly less active than a year earlier. A total of 17 homes sold, compared with 24 sales in July 2025, reflecting lower transaction volume. Despite fewer sales, pricing remained resilient, with the average sold price increasing to approximately $3.13 million from $3.06 million the previous year, while the median sale price rose to $2.73 million from $2.44 million. Homes also sold closer to their asking prices, averaging 100.7% of list price compared with 96.5% in July 2025, indicating continued buyer demand for well-priced properties. Overall, the July 2026 market demonstrated stronger pricing and competitive conditions despite fewer closed sales.
