There hasn’t been a lot on the market in the condo community of Brookside Village in 2021.  This is one of the most affordable ways of living in the 90277 zip code and in our minds it’s a great combination of location and affordability.  As of 8/17 there are now 4 condos on the market and it’s a nice mix of upper and lower level homes.
