Manhattan Beach Holiday Fireworks Sunday December 8th
We love the holidays and we love living in an area where the holidays mean so much to people. One of the great events that really brings people together is the Manhattan Beach fireworks show. Come out and join your neighbors, friends and family at the 2019 Manhattan Beach holiday fireworks display at the Manhattan Beach pier.
Fireworks are always impressive but combine that with the reflections over the water and the Manhattan Pier all lit up for the holidays and it creates quite a backdrop. The event is capped off with the firework display but it’s far more than that with food, music and even snow. Arrive early if driving as the streets close at 2 and parking becomes an obvious challenge.
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 8TH, 2019
Festivities begin at 4:00 PM
EVENT SCHEDULE
4:00 – Hyperion Outfall wishes you a “Dixieland Christmas”
4:00 – 6:30 – SKECHERS Snow Park and Sled Hill – bring a new, unwrapped toy or cash donation to benefit the YMCA Adventure Guides Toy Drive

6:00 – Joe’s Band – Holiday Music Family Singalong
7:00 – 31st Annual SKECHERS Manhattan Beach Holiday Fireworks Show
King Harbor Boat Parade in Redondo A Great South Bay Holiday Event
The holidays in the South Bay are just awesome. While we don’t exactly have the chance of a white Christmas, the various cities still offer an abundance of events that really give you that small town community feel….and what could be better for the holidays?
From the Manhattan Beach holiday pier lighting and fireworks, to the tree and pier lighting on Pier Plaza in Hermosa, to the Riviera Village Stroll, Santa Clause cruising the streets and more.
One of our personal favorites due to it only being possible along the coast, is the King Harbor boat parade in Redondo Beach. Some boat owners simply go all out and it’s a unique and fun way to celebrate the holidays when you live on the coast.
Dress warm as it’s often chilly (for Southern California) but there are food trucks, cocoa and coffee to keep you warm.

Where to Watch?
There will be public viewing stands with food trucks at the end of Mole B (off Marina Way). Moonstone Park and the Portofino Hotel are also good viewing places.
