The Luxury Manhattan Beach Real Estate Market is Alive and Well!
There were 45 homes that sold and closed escrow in Manhattan Beach in July. This was the highest number of closed home sales in Manhattan Beach since August of 2021!
Manhattan Beach home prices were impressive as well. The average “list” price for the homes that sold was $4,234,456 with the average sold price at $4,111,701 which was a bit of a drop from the $4,217,289 average in June and extremely impressive $4,718,984 in May.
The average price per square foot was $1701 which was actually higher than in June.
Homes averaged a very brief 35 days on the market. So much for a slow real estate market…..certainly not in the luxury home market.
