August 2025 Home Sales and Home Prices in the South Bay

The real estate market in the South Bay and Palos Verdes was busy and most cities saw similar home sale numbers compared with earlierHermosa Beach hill section summer months.  Most cities saw a drop in the number of home sales from July with the exceptions being Lawndale and Hawthorne.
