After 2+ Years in Escrow The Beachfront Home at 614 The Strand Finally Sells!

We’ve seen many beachfront homes on The Strand sit for years on the market but we’ve rarely seen any home have a 2+ year escrow.  We listed a home at 3808 The Strand back in September of 2019 and the home at 614 The Strand was one of our comps as it was already in escrow.   Here we are almost 3 years later and it finally closed escrow.  Unbelievable!   The home was originally  listed over three years ago.

AVP Manhattan Beach Open Happens This Weekend

The Manhattan Beach Open has once again retured to the sands of Manhattan Beach this weekend and it’s a great way to spend the weekend.  It’s hard to miss down by the Manhattan pier and downtown.  Arguably the most prestigious volleyball tournament of the summer the tournament “open” format brings some of the top pros as well as some of the top local players (many of whom also happen to be the top pros)  Just another great way to enjoy the beach.

While nobody wants summer to end……time marches on.  With mid August comes the first day of school for several of the local districts.  We wish all of the kids and students a great school here and hope that the parents can now catch their breath.  Redondo Beach schools start first and things ramp up quickly from there.
