It was a great year for home sales in Torrance with 1144 on market property sales during 2020. Setting the bar was a single family home on a 10,000+ foot lot in South Torrance. The home was built in 1997 and offered 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and a bit over 3,600 square feet on a 10,000+ foot lot in the fantastic Seaside Ranchos  neighborhood. The home was priced $2,349,000 and closed at $2,350,000. The outdoor areas were fantastic with a huge yard and beautiful pool.

This Isn’t the Hollyglen of Old – 25 Homes In This Pocket of Hollyglen Sell for Over $1.0M!

It wasn’t long ago  that any home sale in Hawthorne over  $1,000,000 would have been unheard of and in 2020 things have  definitely changed.  During this past year there were 25 home sales in Hollylgen and Del Aire that topped the million dollar mark.  Not surprisingly much of it was driven by sales in Three Sixty South Bay which represented 11 of the$1.0M+ sales.  There  seemes to be no end in sight for  this market either.

El Segundo 2020 Real Estate Year in Review

Welcome to the year that was for real estate in El Segundo CA. 2020 was quite a year in the El Segundo real estate market….both in terms of the number of homes that sold as well as the home prices.

Take a look below for a quick overview of the 2020 real estate market in El Segundo.  There were 129 home sales during the year with an impressive median home price of $1,380,000.  The average price per square foot was $721 which was a big jump from the $656 in 2019.  The average days o market was a brief 32.
