2023 Condo Sales in The Village and Seascapes 1, 2 & 3Seascape 1 Redondo Beach at the Village

It was a great year for ocean view condo and townhome sales in The Village and Seascapes 1, 2, and 3.  There were 19 total condo and townhome sales in the 4 complexes.  For the homes that sold the average list price was $1,140,995 with an average sales price of $1,127,194.  The median sales price was $1,180,000.  Homes averaged $980 per square feet and average days on market was 48….although the median days on market was a very brief 16.

The real estate market in the South Bay, Beach Cities and Palos Verdes in October 2023 was busy and impressive once again both in terms of the number of homes that sold and the prices they sold for were generally on the rise.  The higher interest rates have slowed the market a bit but hasn’t impacted prices all that much with some very  impressive prices in most cities.

Congratulations for our wonderful clients on the purchase of their new home in South Redondo Beach.  We were thrilled and honored toSouth Redoondo Beach homes for sale represent them and help them through a rather challenging escrow.

510 N Guadalupe in South Redondo was a historic craftsman home built in 1910 with an abundance of charm and tons of potential.

The home was definitely a fixer but the location was awesome and the home itself had a ton of it’s original craftsman charm.  We can’t wait to see what our clients do with it.
