There are currently 59 homes for sale in Manhattan Beach as of 6/28 and amazingly 9 of those are beachfront homes on the Strand. It used
to be news when one of these rare beachfront properties hit the market but that hasn’t been the case over the past few years.
What’s more amazing is that three of the homes currently for sale on the Strand are priced over $25,000,000. Needless to say Manhattan Beach is a luxury home market so that may not sound incredible but given that there have only ever been two residential on market sales over $20,000,000, the fact that there’s currently 3 all time record priced homes is astounding.

What a month it was for home prices in the coastal community of Hermosa Beach CA. The average price of the homes that sold in
Hermosa Beach in May topped $3,000,000. What a month it was with the average price at $3,034,211 to be exact. There were 19 closed home sales and it didn’t hurt that one of them was a beachfront single family home at 732 The Strand that sold at $8,500,000.
