fer unblockable panoramic views from Catalina to Malibu and unlike some other beachfront homes they have incredible coastline views meaning evening and night views are spectacular as well. The oceanfront lots are huge…..extending all the way to the beach. The homes have privacy that’s impossible along the Esplanade or the Strand in Hermosa and Manhattan and its not nearly as far out as some of the oceanfront homes in Palos Verdes.
