Homes of note…..one of the homes that sold in Hermosa Beach CA during October was a very rare 3 bedroom beachfont condo located at 634 The Strand.

This 3 bedroom condo had been on the month for quite some time (almost a year) which isn’t a rarity for beachfront properties in Hermosa or on the Manhattan Beach Strand.  Homes just tend to sit for a while as prices are possible for most buyers.  The home was originally listed for $4,900,000 back in December of 2021 so needless to say the sellers most definitely took a hit on the original price.

The neighboring unit #638 sold off-market in April 2021 for $4,991,500 so $3,950,00 for this condo was a great deal.

624 The Strand offered 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,396 square feet there are a lot of options.

The newest beachfront property for sale in Manhattan Beach is a top floor condo in a 2 unit building in El Porto.  4406 The Strand features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in a specious 2,100+ square feet.  This Manhattan Beach sand section home offers some huge and unblockable ocean views.

4406 The Strand is one of the furthest north properties in the El Porto neighborhood so it sits behind the beach parking which can get pretty busy.  This part of The Strand is always the least expensive but beachfront  is beachfront and who can complain about the views.

The home is nice but somewhat dated condition.

Spotlight home in the Hollywood Riviera.

201 Calle Miramar #29 just hit the market and is a stunning remodel, and is likely the nicest condo we’ve seen for sale in Vista Bahia .  This is a 1,000+ sq foot 1 bedroom condo located in the Vista Bahia building in the Hollywood Riviera.

The location and the unit are impressive.  The Vista Bahia building itself isn’t overly exciting but once you’re inside it’s like new construction.

Ideally located just steps to Torrance beach and moments from the sand, the location offers the casual beach lifestyle.  Just blocks to charming Riviera Village you almost never need to use your car.  The condo itself was remodeled a few years back and is absolutely beautiful with just about every surface and finish being updated and upgraded.  The condo is, unfortunately, not on the west side of the building so no ocean views.  The home last sold in 2018 for $671,000 and was a definite project at the time.  View the past listing here.

Coming on the market soon is a beautiful 2 bedroom single level condo in the Flats in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay. Three Sixty condos in The Flats This may be the nicest condo we’ve seen in the community and we’ve been selling homes in there for a long time.  It appears that just about every surface has been updated and upgraded and it’s absolutely stunning.  The price is going to be one to watch as they have it slated to hit the market at a pretty stunning $960,000.  The last three of this floorplan sold for $852,000, $820,000 and $830,000.  This one really is special but that price will be a milestone to say the least.  We’ll have to wait and see what happens.
