Unfortunately for buyers eager to find a home in Three Sixty, the news isn’t so good. As of 12/18 there are no homes active for sale in the gated community. Let’s hope that 2022 brings some new listings!

This newest home is the same floorplan and was going to hit the market in May at an unheard of price of $895,000. In our opinion we anticipated it might sit for a bit as that’s a big number…..not so much. The home is now pending and never actually hit the market so we’re going to assume they got their number or more.
