We had the pleasure of representing the buyer on the home immediately next door at 5449 The Strand #103 which just recorded at a record price of $875,000. This newest home is the same floorplan and was going to hit the market in May at an unheard of price of $895,000. In our opinion we anticipated it might sit for a bit as that’s a big number…..not so much. The home is now pending and never actually hit the market so we’re going to assume they got their number or more. We’ll let you know what it closes at but that’s a pretty strong indication as to just how crazy things are around here.
