The latest South Bay oceanfront home to grace the market happens to be in the northern end of the Hermosa Beach sand section. The home is
only a block from Manhattan Beach in the section of the Strand in which lots are much smaller than in other areas. The home itself has a nice beachy feel to it and, needless to say, the views are tough to beach. The north end of Hermosa is always highly sought after but we think that the price is on the higher end for a lot that’s only 1,658 square feet. There are only 3 real condo type buildings that are beachfront and this is one. 624 The Strand is big enough to be more than just a second home…..with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and almost 1,400 square feet there are a lot of options. It’s not bad living right at the beach! The complex was built in 1976 but as with most of the units this one has been extensively updated over the years.
