There are only 3 real condo type buildings that are beachfront and this is one. 624 The Strand is big enough to be more than just a second home…..with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and almost 1,400 square feet there are a lot of options. It’s not bad living right at the beach! The complex was built in 1976 but as with most of the units this one has been extensively updated over the years.
