We haven’t reported on too many new construction homes lately as the new construction market has slowed just like the real estate market in general. Based on the $6,299,000 listing price it certainly not the case that prices are down that’s for sure.
There’s a new listing that just hit the market in the Manhattan Beach tree section at 750 29th Street.

Although the real estate market is definitely slowing down and we’re pretty much seeing fewer closed home sales, prices continue to
impress. November 2022 was yet another impressive month for the South Bay real estate market. Although longer days on market and price reductions are starting to happen a bit, the market is still very favorable to sellers.
Prices were solid once again although it’s now the norm to see the average price of the homes that sold at or below the asking price which is a big change from the past 18 months.
