What a few months it’s been for the beachfront home market in Redondo Beach. There are a number of condos that sell but large oceanfront townhomes and beachfront single family homes are super rare. Until recently. 801 Esplanade is the 3rd single family to hit the market since May and the 4th if you included a nearby townhome.
