Although it’s not our listing we’re happy to report that there is another townhome for sale to hit the market in the gated community of Fusion South Bay. 510 N Guadalupe in South Redondo was a historic craftsman home built in 1910 with an abundance of charm and tons of potential.
The home was definitely a fixer but the location was awesome and the home itself had a ton of it’s original craftsman charm. We can’t wait to see what our clients do with it.
The home sat on a great north south tree lined street north of Torrance Blvd and not far from the beach. The single level home offered a peek of the ocean and lots of yard and outdoor space.
