One of the more interesting and unique listings near the beach in Redondo is  a fairly rare townhome  in Seascape Three.  The home was just remodeled over the course of the past few months so you may recognize the address……but maybe not the price.

This same townhome, looking VERY different, just sold at the end of March for $1.2M and is now on the market for $1,649,000.   Other than the location, paneled ceiling and the square footage, this barely even resembles how it looked back in March.
