listed a home at 3808 The Strand back in September of 2019 and the home at 614 The Strand was one of our comps as it was already in escrow. Here we are almost 3 years later and it finally closed escrow. Unbelievable! The home was originally listed over three years ago.
as it actually sold back in July of 2020 for $8,200,000. It’s back again with a significant price increase and is currently listed for $10,500,000. The home was built in 2018 and features 4 bedrooms, 6 baths and almost 4,400 square feet. It’s located at the very southern end of the Strand which is a bit busier and generally sells for less than similar homes north of the pier.
