One of our favorite South Bay events is back in town this weekend. The Beachlife Festival is 3 days of music, entertainment and community fun. We had the chance to go on Friday and it was fantastic as always. There is, of course, the music, which covers a lot of genres and there’s definitely something for everyone. There’s plenty of food and craft beer, booths of local companies, game areas with ping pong, and cornhole and more. The event has 4 stages and our favorite is always the lowtide stage as you watch from the sand of Seaside Lagoon so it’s really like a day at the beach. The top home sale of April in Redondo Beach was a massive single family ocean view home located at 803 N
Paulina in south Redondo 90277. This luxury property featured 6,066 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 7 total baths. The location allowed for some nice ocean views from both the 3 level home itself as well as from the resort style pool deck.
The home was listed at $3,995,000 and sold for a jaw dropping $4,625,000. $630,000 over the asking price!
