The latest South Bay oceanfront home to grace the market happens to be in the northern end of the Hermosa Beach sand section. The home is
only a block from Manhattan Beach in the section of the Strand in which lots are much smaller than in other areas. The home itself has a nice beachy feel to it and, needless to say, the views are tough to beach.
