Welcome to the real estate recap for Redondo Beach in April 2021. It was another really strong month for both home sales and home prices in Redondo. There were 94 properties that sold in Redondo Beach with another 102 going into escrow. Active homes for sale in Redondo Beach continued to decline as new listings just can’t keep up with the demand. The median sold price for the month was $1,292,000 which was up slightly from a year earlier.
