Well the top home sale record for Hermosa Beach set last month at 2826 The Strand Hermosa Beach that sold in May of this year for $18,590,000 didn’t last too long.
There is a new historic high home price in Hermosa Beach and it sold off-market.
2666 The Strand Hermosa Beach just closed escrow for an incredible $19,450,000.

What a few months it’s been for the beachfront home market in Redondo Beach. There are a number of condos that sell but large oceanfront townhomes and beachfront single family homes are super rare.
