Although it’s not our listing we’re happy to report that there is another townhome for sale to hit the market in the gated community of Fusion South Bay. It’s been the slowest year we can remember and we finally have some good news with several new listings to hit the market. Take a look at the homes for sale in Fusion South Bay.
5506 #4 is a larger E townhome style floorplan offering 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath. This popular layout features a traditional floorplan with a 1st floor living room with a few steps up to the dining and kitchen areas. Upstairs are 2 suites each with en suite bath along with the laundry area. With approximately 1,410 square feet makes this one of the larger homes in the community.
5506 #4 has some original builder upgrades but most finishes are what the original builder called the base package…..white cabinets, white countertops. It appears to be very well maintained and in nice condition.
As with all of the condos and townhomes in Fusion the community is served by the award winning Wiseburn School District.
Community amenities include a very nice pool and spa, small playground, half basketball court and an abundance of landscaped walking paths.

The real estate market in the South Bay, Beach Cities and Palos Verdes in October 2023 was busy and impressive once again both in terms of the number of homes that sold and the prices they sold for were generally on the rise. The higher interest rates have slowed the market a bit but hasn’t impacted prices all that much with some very impressive prices in most cities.

Congratulations for our wonderful clients on the purchase of their new home in South Redondo Beach. We were thrilled and honored to

510 N Guadalupe in South Redondo was a historic craftsman home built in 1910 with an abundance of charm and tons of potential.
The home was definitely a fixer but the location was awesome and the home itself had a ton of it’s original craftsman charm. We can’t wait to see what our clients do with it.

Congrats to our wonderful clients and friends on the sale of their home in the Golden Hills of Redondo Beach. We helped them buy the home
back in 2012 for $440,000 (at the time the lowest priced single family home in Redondo Beach for a long time….now an unheard of number) and it just sold for $1,115,000.
