The latest South Bay oceanfront home to grace the market happens to be in the northern end of the Hermosa Beach sand section.  The home is only a block from Manhattan Beach in the section of the Strand in which lots are much smaller than in other areas.  The home itself has a nice beachy feel to it and, needless to say, the views are tough to beach.  The north end of Hermosa is always highly sought after but we think that the price is on the higher end for a lot that’s only 1,658 square feet.  Having said that they maximized square footage and the home has almost 2,300 square feet on three levels.

Although the real estate market is definitely slowing down and we’re pretty much seeing fewer closed home sales, prices continue to impress. The Village September 2022 was yet another impressive month for the South Bay real estate market.  Although longer days on market and price reductions are starting to happen a bit, the market is still very favorable to sellers.
