Just sold in Redondo Beach!
We wanted to congratulate our wonderful clients Jay and Zeke (he’s the one with the pillow) on the closing of their new home in North Redondo. This was an off market sale and we’re so excited to be a part of it. We can’t thank them (mostly Jay) enough for once again putting their trust in us.
The new construction home market in Hermosa Beach is alive and well that’s for sure. One of the most recent sales of new construction in the sand section was a 4 bedroom 5 bath SFR that just closed escrow at an impressive $6,135,000. That would certainly not been the price a year earlier but it does show just how quickly the market has moved up for new construction ocean view homes in this highly sought after neighborhood. The home offered some nice southwest views of the ocean, Catallina and PV but not much of a view straight west.
Located in the north sand section of Hermosa it was just 2 short blocks to the beach and steps to the very popular Valley Park. It’s also steps to the new Hermosa Vista School which is both a positive and a negative.

The newest addition to the fairly crowded ultra luxury beachfront market in Hermosa is 212 The Strand. This address may sound familiar
as it actually sold back in July of 2020 for $8,200,000. It’s back again with a significant price increase and is currently listed for $10,500,000. The home was built in 2018 and features 4 bedrooms, 6 baths and almost 4,400 square feet. It’s located at the very southern end of the Strand which is a bit busier and generally sells for less than similar homes north of the pier. The home sits on a 2,374 foot lot with 30 feet of beach frontage
