Welcome to the real estate recap for the city of Manhattan Beach.  February was yet another great month for home sales in Manhattan Beach with 27 homes selling during the month.  Historically that was a bit low but higher than the 22 from a year earlier.  The median sals price was $3,211,000 and the average days on market was 53.    Take a look at the homes that sold and the house prices in February.
