Congrats to our wonderful clients and friends on the sale of their home in the Golden Hills of Redondo Beach. We helped them buy the home 1635 Haynes Lane Redondo Beach CAback in 2012 for $440,000 (at the time the lowest priced single family home in Redondo Beach for a long time….now an unheard of number) and it just sold for $1,115,000.
