Although it’s not our listing we’re happy to report that there is another townhome for sale to hit the market in the gated community of Fusion South Bay. The home was definitely a fixer but the location was awesome and the home itself had a ton of it’s original craftsman charm. We can’t wait to see what our clients do with it.
The home sat on a great north south tree lined street north of Torrance Blvd and not far from the beach. The single level home offered a peek of the ocean and lots of yard and outdoor space.
