Congrats To Our Clients for the Recent Sale of Their Oceanview Condo in Redondo Beach
We wanted to both congratulate and thank our wonderful clients on the sale of their ocean view condo in The Village in Redondo Beach CA. The condo sold for $650,000 which is one of the higher priced sales ever in the complex. The recorded sales price was $633,750 as the buyer’s agent waived all commission (equivalent sale for the seller of $650,000 as same net to them).
