It isn’t too often that we see home prices inch near $2.0M in Old Town Torrance but that’s what the top home sale of the month just did. 1226 Beech Torrance Sells for $1,800,000.   In a pretty clear indication of just how crazy the market has been…..this 1930 Spanish style home sold for $305,000 over the list price!

The home was actually a 4 bedroom original home plus an additional 2 bedroom + office ADU on one of old Torrance’s best tree-lined streets.    The home was very well maintained and upgraded but it was by no means newer construction and this is a huge price for Old Torrance.

One of the more notable sales we wanted to mention was an oceanfront single family that just recently sold in the Hollywood Riviera.
