It’s not too often that we see units hit the market in the Beach House Hotel in Hermosa Beach.  We’ve seen this one on the market last year and it’s on the market again….for a slightly higher list price.

Unit #127 is a ground floor room on the 14th Street building so, unfortunately, no real view. That said it’s still steps to the beach and ideally located. The condo/hotel room is listed by Boyd Jeffery.
Each hotel/condo room is individually owned and owners can use their condo suites for up to 90 days a year. The rest of the year the condo must be available for rental and the hotel takes care of the rest. As we celebrate the unofficial start of summer this weekend, I hope we’ll also take time to pause in remembrance of those who sacrificed for our freedoms. Today we are reminded of the sacrifices made by brave individuals who have served our country. It’s also a time to gather with loved ones, kick off the summer season so we wish you a very happy Memorial Day.

We are proud to announce our latest sale in Redondo Beach and the South Bay.
Redondo Beach realtor Keith Kyle represented both the first time home buyers and the seller and we can’t thank everyone enough for putting their trust in us.
