The latest home sale in the gated community of Fusion South Bay was an all time record for this layout. One of the two smallest floorplans in the complet, this “B” layout offered 2 beds, 2 baths and approximately 1,003 square feet. The B layouts are located above the similar sized A floorplan.
The previous record for this size unit was $844,000 and was the sale of an “A” floorplan back in 2022.
