Homes of note…..one of the homes that sold in Hermosa Beach CA during October was a very rare 3 bedroom beachfont condo located at 634 The Strand.

This 3 bedroom condo had been on the month for quite some time (almost a year) which isn’t a rarity for beachfront properties in Hermosa or on the Manhattan Beach Strand.
