2019 Year in Review – Golden Hills Redondo Beach Real Estate

It was an incredible year in the Golden Hills real estate market with 96 home sales and prices making yet another huge leap.  The Golden Hills of Redondo Beach consists primarily of single family homes which really seems to have put it in a very hot market over the past 12 months.  See all of the trends and statistics for real estate in the Golden Hills.  Prices just kept going up with a median list price of $1,198,500 and a median sold price of  $1,220,000 meaning that most homes sold above their asking price.  Compare that with a median sold price of $1,100,000 in 2018 and $1,075,000 in 2017 and you can see what a jump it was.
