October 2023 Property Sales and Home Prices in the South Bay

The real estate market in the South Bay, Beach Cities and Palos Verdes in October 2023 was busy and impressive once again both in terms of the number of homes that sold and the prices they sold for were generally on the rise. The higher interest rates have slowed the market a bit but hasn’t impacted prices all that much with some very impressive prices in most cities.

Congrats to our wonderful clients and friends on the sale of their home in the Golden Hills of Redondo Beach.
