We are proud to announce our latest home sale in the South Bay. 2306 Robinson just sold in Redondo Beach!
This was an absolutely beautiful coastal plantation style single family home located at 2306 Robinson in north Redondo Beach. The house was built in 2018 and the previous owners had done a number of upgrades including an amazing teak deck and jacuzzi,home automation and more.

While there were only 4 home sales and that definitely skews the numbers a bit, February was still pretty amazing.
The average “asking” price of the homes that sold in the Hollywood Riviera in February was $1,647,000 with the average sold price at an astounding $1,933,750. Home sold priced averaged $286,70 over the list prices!!!

There just seems to be no end in sight to the super hot South Bay real estate market February 2022 was a slower month for the number
of homes that sold in most South Bay cities but certainly busier than January which was almost historically slow due to extremely low inventory in December.

Just sold in Redondo Beach!
We wanted to congratulate our wonderful clients Jay and Zeke (he’s the one with the pillow) on the closing of their new home in North Redondo. This was an off market sale and we’re so excited to be a part of it. We can’t thank them (mostly Jay) enough for once again putting their trust in us.

The new construction home market in Hermosa Beach is alive and well that’s for sure. One of the most recent sales of new construction in the sand section was a 4 bedroom 5 bath SFR that just closed escrow at an impressive $6,135,000. That would certainly not been the price a year earlier but it does show just how quickly the market has moved up for new construction ocean view homes in this highly sought after neighborhood. The home offered some nice southwest views of the ocean, Catallina and PV but not much of a view straight west.
Located in the north sand section of Hermosa it was just 2 short blocks to the beach and steps to the very popular Valley Park. It’s also steps to the new Hermosa Vista School which is both a positive and a negative.
