Here’s a bit of a recap on January and how the various “sections” of Hermosa Beach compared with one another. If you’re not familiar with Hermosa real estate, the small coastal city is broken into the “sand section” which is west of Valley, the Valley section which generally extends from Valley up to PCH and east Hermosa or the hill section which is everything east of PCH. Not surprisingly prices tend to drop as you get further from the beach but big views do impact values in the valley and east Hermosa areas.
