We are happy to announce our latest sale in the gated community of Three Sixty in the Hawthorne CA neighborhood of Hollyglen.  Keith was fortunate to represent the buyer in the purchase of of this beautiful residence 1 townhome in Row. The home sold for $875,000 and offered 2 very niced sized bedrooms each with an en suite bath as well as 1,500+ square feet, hardwood floors, 2 car garage and more.

You know it’s a hot market when a “coming soon” property that has a record price sells before hitting the market. The home in question is
5449 Strand #104 in the gated community of 360 South Bay. We had the pleasure of representing the buyer on the home immediately next door at 5449 The Strand #103 which just recorded at a record price of $875,000. This newest home is the same floorplan and was going to hit the market in May at an unheard of price of $895,000. In our opinion we anticipated it might sit for a bit as that’s a big number…..not so much. The home is now pending and never actually hit the market so we’re going to assume they got their number or more. We’ll let you know what it closes at but that’s a pretty strong indication as to just how crazy things are around here. It wasn’t long ago  that any home sale in Hawthorne over  $1,000,000 would have been unheard of and in 2020 things have  definitely changed.  During this past year there were 25 home sales in Hollylgen and Del Aire that topped the million dollar mark.  Not surprisingly much of it was driven by sales in Three Sixty South Bay which represented 11 of the$1.0M+ sales.  There  seemes to be no end in sight for  this market either.
