Unfortunately for buyers eager to find a home in Three Sixty, the news isn’t so good. As of 12/18 there are no homes active for sale in the gated community. Let’s hope that 2022 brings some new listings!

Coming on the market soon is a beautiful 2 bedroom single level condo in the Flats in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay. This may be the nicest condo we’ve seen in the community and we’ve been selling homes in there for a long time. It appears that just about every surface has been updated and upgraded and it’s absolutely stunning. The price is going to be one to watch as they have it slated to hit the market at a pretty stunning $960,000. The last three of this floorplan sold for $852,000, $820,000 and $830,000. This one really is special but that price will be a milestone to say the least. We’ll have to wait and see what happens.

You know it’s a hot market when a “coming soon” property that has a record price sells before hitting the market. The home in question is
5449 Strand #104 in the gated community of 360 South Bay. We had the pleasure of representing the buyer on the home immediately next door at 5449 The Strand #103 which just recorded at a record price of $875,000. This newest home is the same floorplan and was going to hit the market in May at an unheard of price of $895,000. In our opinion we anticipated it might sit for a bit as that’s a big number…..not so much. The home is now pending and never actually hit the market so we’re going to assume they got their number or more. We’ll let you know what it closes at but that’s a pretty strong indication as to just how crazy things are around here.
