Record low inventory has meant nothing (we’re not exagerating) to buy in the gated community of Fusion in 2023 until last week. Last week
saw a 2 bedroom “plan c” home hit that market at 5403 W 149th Pl #1 priced at $895,000 and today we see an “A floorplan” at 5408 W 149th #7 hit the market at $799,000. This is great news for buyers in this Manhattan Beach adjacent community.

BeachWhat a week it’s been on the oceanfront and beachfront home market in Redondo. There are only a few single family homes on the Esplanade in Redondo and two of them hit the market this week.
But oh how different they are. The other is a lot value sale at 809 Esplande and it’s a small 2 bedroom beach bunglow priced at $6,500,000.
709 Esplanade couldn’t be much different. It’s one of the larger homes ever built in the Beach Cities at almost 9,000 square feet. Ironically enough we featured this house years ago (not necessarily in a good way) when it sold in 2015. The home was on the market for almost 3 years and was originally priced in 2012 at $10,000,000 and ended up selling for $6,350,000 in 2015. What was so unusual about the home was that everything on the inside was pink. Pink marble flooring, pink tile, pink sculptures…..it was odd.
The home has now been EXTENSIVELY remodeled with an entirely different look and feel.
