Can a newer home that’s pretty far east in Gardena possibly sell for $1.1M? We’re going to find out but this one is priced quite aggressively in our opinion. 16819 Grace Lane is located in one of the newer gated communities that sprang up primarily in Gardena, Hawthorne and Torrance over the last few years. Like many of these communities they opened up some of the land near the rail line for residential and this is one of those. The home is nice sized with 4 beddrooms, 4 total baths and almost 2,700 square feet but this is a very big number for the location.
