We had the pleasure of representing the buyer on the home immediately next door at 5449 The Strand #103 which just recorded at a record price of $875,000. This newest home is the same floorplan and was going to hit the market in May at an unheard of price of $895,000. In our opinion we anticipated it might sit for a bit as that’s a big number…..not so much. The home is now pending and never actually hit the market so we’re going to assume they got their number or more.
